Let me start by saying I immediately recognized this design as a seeming carbon copy of the Billet Box Mod. The juice reservoir and coil placement use the exact same construction. This is a good thing because the Billet Box is an extraordinary device. The build quality and excellent battery life make this a viable option for anyone whether new or an advanced user.

Artery PAL AIO Initial Thoughts and Impressions
Upon receiving the package, I immediately loved the simple packaging and presentation. Lifting the cover off the white box had the mod in a clear plastic wrap. There is an envelope with the owners manual and warranty card inside. There is a USB cable for the 2 amp charging capability. Another addition to the package is an Artery ”coin” to remove and replace the coil and to clean the business end of the mod.
The PAL device is an almost carbon copy of the Billet box in functionality. Both accept the Aspire Nautilus coil heads and the juice reservoir is identical. I wish I had a billet box on hand to check and see if the coil/juice tank will fit but couldn’t make that happen. (I don’t have $400 USD to spend on a Billet Box)
The 1200 mAh battery paired with the very high ohm coil head means that battery life is excellent. I found myself making it almost an entire day just using this device.
The removable panels do move around a bit and this is an annoyance, but it is easily overlooked. The juice filling can be a little confusing at first but makes sense once you get the hang of it. Watching a video on the device will make it all make sense in just a couple of minutes if it is found to be confounding.
But how does the Artery PAL AIO vape?
This is another mod that is catered to an ease of use experience. Simple 5 click on/off and led battery indicators to let you essentially know where your battery life is at.
The power rating seems to be accurate. The Artery Pal will accept any Artery coil designed for this device, as well as Aspire Nautilus coils.
As I mentioned before, the battery life is excellent for this type of device. I normally get about 1 day without charging.
My go-to nicotine strength for this type of mod is 6mg to 12mg and the vape was very satisfying. Your tastes may differ, but I have found doubling the nicotine strength over what I vape in a high-power device provides me with the satisfaction I am looking for.

This mod is I fantastic offering by Artery. Simplicity and function are at the forefront of this offering. The ease of use and rock-solid design make this a winner for those looking for an amazing vape experience.
This Artery PAL is a clean, functional, yet fun device that allows you to customize the device just enough to make it your own. Additional panels are available for a separate fee to enhance the PAL for a personalized look. The direction Artery took with this mod does leave me scratching my head a bit though. Using an almost carbon copy design from such a unique mod like the Billet Box is not innovation. The design is tried and true, but I would have liked to see something individual to this device, rather than sharing such a specific design.
