Hello there. I’m back with another review for you all. Today we are gonna be taking a look at the new Geekvape Ammit MTL RDA. It’s a 22mm single coil RDA with multiple airflow setting and is in the range of tight MTL to restricted lung hit. It has a very unique design with top airflow. Let’s start with the packaging and go over the RDA.
Geekvape Ammit MTL RDA Packaging
Traditionally Geekvape has nice packaging and this Ammit MTL RDA is no exception. When you open the box you will see the RDA and a old school long narrow MTL drip tip. Underneath that you will find loads of accessories like another delrin drip tip, two clapton coils, a squonk pin, extra o-rings and screws, a tri tool and user manual. In all you get three drip tips so which is great.
The RDA
The Geekvape Ammit MTL RDA is a single coil dripper that has top airflow and bottom airflow on your coil. The top has an adjustable airflow ring and five holes that gives you tons of different options for the amount of airflow you intake. Air travels down a channel on in the inside of the chamber, then comes back up in three different ports right on your coil. Installing your coil is extremely easy because the posts only allow it to go in one way and that sits your coil right in the airflow. The spot where your coil is mounted is perfect and brings airflow up on all sides your coil. When you have the chamber on the rda, it basically seals up the coil and makes this thing leakproof. The way this system works makes it ideal for squonking so your gonna want to install the squonk pin if you own a squonk mod.
Geekvape Ammit MTL RDA Performance
The airflow system on the Ammit MTL RDA is a ingenious way to provide air to coils while making it basically leakproof. The way the coil sits its basically in a cradle where air hits it in three directions. This creates great flavor! The airflow has five holes and the airflow rings allows you multiple choices for how restricted you want your vape to be. Me personally, I like restricted lung hits more than MTL. The tank does great MTL but, I like to run it with the the airflow fully open. It’s still pretty restricted like that but gives the kind of hit I prefer. The only draw back I’ve found is that when I pull that much vapor from the tank with the narrow drip tip, I get a little juice in my mouth. I fixed this problem by using a wider bore drip tip. The narrow ones work great for MTL but when your trying to get larger draws from tank, condensation builds up and comes through the drip tip. Squonking is also where this RDA shines. The leakproof, top airflow design allows you to squonk as hard as you can and not worry about leaking because your coil is totally enclosed. You can absolutely drench your coils in juice, let your mod suck back the excess juice and have extremely flavorful draws. Despite the small size of this RDA, it has a deep juice well under the deck and will help keep your wicks wet for a while.

Conclusion
The Geekvape Ammit MTL RDA is a great addition to any vape arsenal if you are into MTL or restricted lung hits. The leakproof top airflow set up combined with the squonk pin is a pleasure to have. I can squonk without fear of leaking and carrying it in my pocket I don’t have to worry about getting juice everywhere. The airflow surrounding the coil creates excellent flavor and the airflow ring gives you tons of options. The way the it works is so unique that I can’t compare it to anything else but I do recommend it if your interested in a Squonk MTL RDA. It offers three drip tips which is great but I wish one was wider bore for when you want more airflow. It will work as just a dripper but totally shines as a squonk RDA. Geekvape quality is excellent and this design is definitely a winner.
