Think Vape Beta Pod System Preview
Think Vape is back with a new pod called the Beta! The Think Vape Beta Pod System is button-activated and has a built-in battery with 380 mAh. This is a low cost pod system (less than $9) with 1.2 ml capacity specially designed for mouth-to-lung vaping.
The device was released only a few weeks after the Think Vape Orbit, another pod system by this brand with larger battery capacity and more coil options and settings.

Build Quality and Design
The Think Vape Beta is extremely light, weighing only 21 grams. The 5 colors available have chromium accents around the base and the pod housing gives it a refined look. The Think Vape Beta is made with zinc-alloy and has a satin finish.
The mouthpiece is perfectly ergonomic for the lips. The body of the Beta has a small rounded black frame with the name of the device on it. Inside this frame we find the fire button and the light indicators. In one side of the body, there is a small air hole. The USB charging port is located at the bottom of the device.
With a pod in, the device stands at about 88.2 mm tall and it’s about 14 mm at its widest point.
There are 3 colors in the light battery indicator. Red light means less than 20% battery capacity; blue, between 20 – 80% and green, more tan 80%. When the light is green, the device is able to deliver a maximum output of 3.7V. When red and blue, 3.5V.
The Think Vape Beta Pod
The Think Vape Beta comes with one pod. This pod looks for simplicity so there is only one type of coil, a 1.6 ohm coil for MTL vaping. The Beta pod clicks inside the mod body but it is not a magnetized drop-in pod. Once you pull out the pod, you can refill it. The coil is built-in the pod, so it is not possible to replace just the coil.
To fill the pod, you must pull the rubber plug out and squeeze the e-liquid inside the slot. Then place the rubber plug back carefully so it does not leak. Wait about five minutes for the coil and wick to soak up. After waiting five minutes or so, you are ready to go! This pod is made for salt nic and 50VG/50PG e-liquid. Any other liquid might give you a burnt taste.

First Thoughts and Impressions
The Think Vape Beta Pod Kit is a very simple and affordable pod system. The pod replacements are very cheap too. Obviously, you cannot expect great flavor from this pod. It is designed for simple flavors with high nicotine strength.
This product is aiming at smokers willing to give vaping a go. What you get for less than $9 is fairly well-made. Very simple pod mod, possibly a good choice for people initiating.
